5.3 Emergency Situations

Do not use MediWing for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 (or your local emergency number) or go to the nearest emergency room immediately.

6. User Content and Data

You retain ownership of the medical documents and information you upload ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant us a limited license to process, analyze, and store your content solely for the purpose of providing our Services.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MEDIMINDLAB, ITS AFFILIATES, AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Personal injury or property damage resulting from your use of the Services
• Any medical errors, misdiagnoses, or harm resulting from reliance on information from our Services

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100 if you have not made any payments.
